Brian Robert Marshall graduated from the University of Manitoba in May, 1968, with a Bachelor of Commerce degree. He worked for the Hudson's Bay Company in Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Montreal, and Toronto, becoming a senior executive with the company. He then worked as a courier in the Toronto area. He was a rector's warden in an Anglican Church in Toronto. He now works for a Ford dealer in Toronto.
