Barbara Lynn Marshall married Roland William Bernard ("Ray") Caplette on October 3, 1970. Ray was a mechanic with Canadian Airlines International, and then with Air Canada. Barbara was employed by the Manitoba Hydro. They were members of St. Phillips Anglican Church. They had the following children:
  1. Shawna Leanne Caplette (b. November 7, 1974).
  2. Sharlene Nicole Caplette (b. October 19, 1976).
